The Palm Coast-Flagler Chamber of Commerce has announced that they will be hosting a “State of Flagler Schools” update.
The featured speaker at this event will be LaShakia Moore, the new Superintendent of Flagler Schools, who was hired in September 2023 by the Flagler School Board.
This event will serve as one of the introductory events that Moore will have to the greater business community, and give her an opportunity to better get to know the community she will serve.
The event will be open to the public. Moore will give an update about the current state of Flagler Schools and provide her vision for the district. She will also answer questions from community members.
Tickets to the event are $30 for Chamber members and $35 for non-members. They can be secured on the organizer’s website.
The Hilton Garden Inn will serve as the host for this event. The Garden Inn is located at 55 Town Center Blvd., Town Coast, Florida.
This event is a partnership between the Palm Coast-Flagler Chamber and the Flagler County Education Foundation.
This event is on Tuesday, April 30.
