There will be a two-day dance program taking place in Palm Coast over the coming weeks. Day one of the event will be taking place this weekend, with day two to follow in February.
The program will be instructed by Rocio and German Filipeli, who are experienced tango teachers and dancers
The schedule for the first day starts by covering the fundamentals of tango such as body position, La Caminata, abrazo, half turn, forward ocho, and back ocho. This will be followed by a portion focusing on backward and forward ocho adornments, leading boleos, and elevating tango walks by changing directions. Beginners will then get to put what they have learned into practice with an hour-long session.

The first day of the event takes place at 11J Cuban Salsa Dance Studio, 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit C-205, Palm Coast.
