In June, Festival and Event, Inc. will hold the Craft Beer Festival in South Miami to showcase local craft beer and kick off summer festivities.
The Craft Beer Festival is one of three major events happening in the same area and is designed to complement the other two, which are the Seafood Fest and the Grill Fest. Admission to the Craft Beer Festival is free, although to sample each vendor’s beverages, attendees must buy a drink ticket from the concession stand as vendors will not take cash or credit cards as payment.
The festival will showcase over 100 craft beers, as well as wines and spirits. There will also be food trucks and booths present, and in keeping with the themes of the corresponding festivals, they must sell seafood and/or grilled food. Vendors will be selling home goods, jewelry, pet products, Apparel, and boating and marine-related products. Retail vendors will be a mix of local businesses and big box merchandisers, and local businesses are asked to give away Promotional Products to customers who walk up to drum up interest in shopping locally.
The Craft Beer Festival will take place on Saturday, June 15th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. It will be at Sunset Drive & U.S. 1, South Miami. Admission is free, but two-ounce pour tickets are $1, and four-ounce pour tickets are $2.
