The Miami Children’s Museum will host the Not So Scary Halloween Bash next month for any family wishing to enjoy a gently spooky Halloween party with activities for a range of younger ages.
The Halloween Bash is an annual autumn tradition for the museum, with the intention of offering local families a welcoming space to enjoy festive Halloween activities that are suitable for younger ages. The Miami Children’s Museum is a nonprofit institution that offers interactive programs, exhibits, events, and camps centered around culture, community, arts, and communication. Its 17 galleries will be open during the event for attendees to explore the themed activities within them and participate in trick-or-treating.
The event will feature fall arts and crafts, mini-pumpkin decorating, and character meet-and greets. There will also be a haunted house experience included in the event, which is described as a “lightly spooky” attraction with scares being age appropriate for younger guests. The proceeds raised from ticket sales will go towards supporting the museum's various enrichment programs for community children.
