Miami to hold immigration law conference

Next month, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) will hold its 47th Annual AILA South Florida Immigration Law Update in Miami for any attorneys and legal professionals working in the field of immigration law.

The AILA is a voluntary, nonprofit, nonpartisan bar association dedicated to providing continuing legal education, expertise, and professional services to attorneys who teach and practice immigration law. These resources include holding an annual immigration law conference at which professionals can learn about and discuss the latest happenings in immigration law.

The three-day conference will include updates on case law and litigation, discussion panels with government and former government speakers, an open Q&A session with experts, and various panels relating to wellness, ethics, and multiple practice management.

The registration fee will include two breakfasts, two lunches, afternoon snacks, unlimited tea and coffee, a pre-conference happy hour, and a cocktail hour with food and an open bar. There will also be a number of exhibitors and sponsors present with materials and resources relating to law.

Professional conferences will frequently feature a variety of networking opportunities that participants can participate in. Networking may involve socializing and the exchange of Business Cards between parties.

The AILA South Florida Immigration Law Update is scheduled for February 18 through February 20. It will be held at Hilton Miami Downtown, located at 1601 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami.
