Miami cryonics conference to discuss longevity research

Next month, the Cryosphere Team will present the Global Cryonics Summit in Miami, bringing together industry leaders, experts, and interested members to discuss complex topics of body preservation, longevity research, and future technologies.

The Cryosphere Team exists as an online member organization on Discord, a social platform offering communication through voice calls, chat rooms, text messages, and other media. The organization was founded on the shared interest of cryonics, which is a experimental method of freezing and preserving the body at extremely low temperatures for the purpose of theoretically reviving consciousness and the life of the preserved individual.

The summit will be a two-day event intended to foster a more cohesive cryonics community. The event will feature expert panels, presentations, workshops, and debates on emerging cryonics research and developments, as well as discussions on current and future cryonics projects. Ticket purchase will include a light breakfast, refreshments, and lunch. Some organizations that will be present include the Alcor Life Extension Foundation, the Futurist Club, the Biomedical Research & Longevity Society, and the European Biostasis Foundation.

Conferences features panels and expert discussions may include poster presentations, which may cause presenters to seek out local poster printing services to prepare for the event.

The cryonics summit is slated for July 20 and 21. It will take place at AMPERSAND STUDIOS, located at 31 Northeast 17th Street. General admission is $240.
