Annual burger event to be held in Melbourne

Battle Bros LLC is set to present the first staging of the annual Space Coast Burger Battle in Melbourne.

The family-friendly event is a craft fair and burger festival that supports The Children’s Hunger Project. Space Coast Burger Battle features over 15 burger vendors who will vie for the chance to win the 2022 title of best burger. They will also have other items on sale and burger samples starting at $1. Local dessert vendors will also offer their fares.

Those interested in attending can purchase locally made jewelry, art, sauces, clothing, and more from the craft marketplace. There will be live performances from Whiskey Juju, Tru Phonic, and Positive Chaos. Attendees can also try their hand at axe-throwing and mining gems by playing the mobile game The Rolling Stones.

Tickets start at $7 plus ticketing fees for those 11 years old and up. There are also group tickets starting at $50 for two people, which include admission and six drink vouchers. Drink vouchers can be used for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Only food and drink purchased at the event will be allowed inside.

The event will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022, from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, at Wickham Park, 2500 Parkway Drive in Melbourne.
