Lutz womens retreat to offer sacred experience

Pachamama Munai in Lutz will hold the Sacred Women Retreat at the end of February for women interested in holistic wellness and spiritual journeys.

A wellness center and sacred healing church, Pachamama Munai was co-founded by Teffa Honan, who has studied under the guidance of the esteemed Taita Pedro Davila of Putumayo, Colombia. As such, Teffa is an experienced practitioner of sacred practices of traditional Amazonian plant medicine and Ayahuasca, a plant-based psychedelic used by traditional folk healers.

The wellness center offers its clients a safe, inclusive place to embark on journeys of self-discovery and healing. The Sacred Women Retreat will be designed specifically for women interested in connecting with their inner selves and with Mother Nature.

The retreat will feature yoga classes, breathwork classes, Ayahuasca and Yage ceremonies, a cacao ceremony, live medicine music, shamanic cleanses, womb healing, and group integrations. There will also be a pre- and post-integration call to prepare and decompress participants. Five meals will be included.

Wellness-based workshops like this may offer specifics in detailed Brochures that attendees can peruse before attending the event. Area Print shops with brochure printing services are able to help organizers needing to print these in bulk.

The Sacred Women Retreat will be held on February 28 to March 2. Pachamama Munai is located at 18634 Livingston Avenue. The retreat fee is $1,100 in total.
