Meditate: School of Mindfulness and Healing Arts will hold the Sound Healer Practitioner Certification Course in Lutz next month to give those interested an opportunity to learn how to become a sound healer.
Meditate is an organization dedicated to providing approachable and diverse training and education in the topics of mediation, mindfulness, and vibration and sound healing. The school brings a modern approach to ancient traditions, offering programs that are diverse and authentic with experienced teachers and mentors.
The Sound Healer Practitioner course will be an interactive retreat where attendees will learn the theory, science, and practices of sound healing, as well as participating in hands-on training. Participants will experience several different varieties of sound meditation, sound bath, and Yoga Nidra. Expert teachers will teach the class how to lead sound baths and meditations both for groups and individuals while using instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, chimes, and more. Registering for the class will provide students with life-time access to an online training portal as well.

The sound bath retreat is scheduled for March 25 and 26. It will take place at The Exerscience Center, located at 24706 State Road 54. Tuition is $795.00.
