Align Right Realty Suncoast and Leverage 365 will present the Be Remembered, Be Referred, and Get the Listing workshop this August for Lutz and Tampa area realtors interested in boosting their referral game.

Yvonne Sandoval is the owner of Leverage 365, a boutique marketing service specifically tailored to helping real estate agents stay in touch with their databases of previous clients.
The Be Remembered workshop will discuss how realtors can prepare and secure future referral business by staying in touch with their past clients in meaningful and consistent ways. Yvonne and Jordan Ebelini of The Mortgage Firm will teach attendees how to build and implement an Annual Database Marketing Campaign. Topics to be discussed include how to build relationships using the database, the science of the Dunbar Principle, who the database should include, the difference between value content and self-promotion, and more.
Professional workshops often include a variety of networking situations that attendees can participate in, including the exchange of Business Cards.
