JJ Lotus Lounge Therapy Lounge, LLC, in the Tampa-Lutz area, will soon hold a special therapy and rejuvenation event called the Lotus Lounge Therapy Healing for those looking to nourish the mind, body, and soul.
JJ Lotus is a mental health counseling organization founded by Reverend Jessica J Conti, LMHC, an ordained minister as well as a Florida-licensed mental health counselor. “Rev JJ,” as she is nicknamed, specializes in a wide variety of mental well-being services, including yoga, Reiki, and breath work. The therapy session happening in May will provide a session of rejuvenation and recharging for attendees.
At the event, attendees will be guided through a journey of inner peace. It will begin with greetings and introductions, followed by a guided relaxation and body scan. Then attendees will participate in a guided meditation with singing bowls, and will close out the session with relaxing mantras. There will also be a Q&A afterwards where attendees can discuss their experience.
Health workshops such as this will often be advertised on Flyers that organizers can get printed at local Print shops specializing in flyer printing, and then distribute them in high-traffic areas.
The therapy event is scheduled for Friday, May 24 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. It will be held at Amberly Place, located at 5100 Live Oaks Boulevard. General admission is $111.
