Lutz’s industrial park, Compark 75, has announced it will once again be growing with the addition of a fifth building to its site, which is already close to capacity.
The 65,000-square-foot latest addition to the property, which is off Wesley Chapel Boulevard, is well into the permitting process and should be under construction in 2016. Although no tenants are lined up for the new building, agents for the property are not concerned. Tenants in the other buildings did not come on board until after those structures were completed.
Two new tenants move into Compark 75 in October. A 41,000 square-foot space is to be occupied by a Tampa orthodontics distribution company, the name of which has not been released. The second tenant is Streetside Classic Cars, which has locations in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Dallas/Fort Worth. It will open its fourth showroom in Compark 75, and deals with classic and collectible cars.
When it comes to business card printing and other Stationery printing needs in the industrial park, it is an eclectic mix. Compark 75 is zoned light industrial and is open to clients looking for office, manufacturing, and warehouse space. Present tenants include the U.S. Geological Survey Florida Water Science Center and the Pasco County Tax Collector’s office.
According to a realty agent for the property, Heidi Tuttle-Beisner, tenants are drawn to Compark 75 due to the proximity of the interstate system and the easy access to it.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
