The recreation trailer of Largo, Play Express, will be visiting neighborhood parks this month and next.
Play Express is a mobile recreation trailer that has sports equipment, games, puzzles, and many more activities for children of all ages, interests, and skill levels. It was created so that it could provide recreation accessible to all the people of Largo, regardless of where they live, their ability, and their age. All activities at Play Express are free. Such special activities are often promoted throughout a city with poster printing.
Those who use the sports equipment and games of Play Express are asked to use these within the area of the trailer in the park. All children should be supervised by an adult during their play times. All Play Express activities are held depending on the weather and may be cancelled due to rain. Parents and guardians need to check with Play Express of the city for any potential cancellations.
During this month, Play Express will be at Taylor Park, Shelter 2 on 8th Avenue SW on Tuesdays November 8, 15, and 29, and at Bonner Park on 143rd Street N on Thursdays November 10 and 17. It will return to Taylor Park on Tuesdays December 6, 13, and 20 and will be at Datsko Park on Whitney Road on Thursdays December 1, 8, and 22. All play times are from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
