A new luxury housing development in Largo is close to being completed.
Located on Redbud Lane at the intersection of 8th Avenue SE and Donegan Road, the development is called Caspia and was filed under the Live Local Act. It will have 240 apartments, of which 96 (40%) will be affordable housing. These units will be made available to those earning no more than 120% of the median income in the area. The remaining units will be rented at market rate.
The first phase of the development will have units with both one and two bedrooms, and will range from 768 to 1,204 square feet in area. Features in the units include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and kitchens inspired by chefs.
Additional amenities include a clubhouse with gaming lounge, kitchen, and seating; a communal work-from-home office equipped with private workstations and conference rooms; a fitness center; and a large swimming pool with grilling stations and spaces for dining outdoors. Wi-Fi will be offered through all the amenities and is complimentary.
Brochure printing can be highly effective for new developments, offering detailed information on features and amenities to attract future residents.
The developer is Trammel Crow Residential, which purchased the property of 9.5 acres last year for $7m. HLR Architects designed the community, and the landscape architect is B +C Studio, Inc.
