This will be a complex of 144 affordable units and marks the latest ground-up construction project of LAC in the area. LAC is an acquirer and developer of affordable housing.
There will be a mix of apartments with two, three, and four bedrooms in three buildings, each of which will be four stories tall. Of these, 35 units will be for residents earning up to 30 percent of the median income in the area, 72 units to those earning up to 60 percent, and 38 units to those earning up to 80 percent.
Amenities for the community will include a fitness center, a clubhouse, playground, pool, electric vehicle charging stations, and a clubhouse. Brochure printing is often used to provide more details on such residences, their features, and additional facilities.
LAC Vice President and Regional Project Partner, Jordan Richter, said:
“Olea on 126 addresses a critical need in Pinellas County by providing quality housing options for families across multiple income levels.”
He expressed his excitement on behalf of LAC to bring a development to Largo that combines quality amenities with affordability to build connections in the community and help families thrive.
Construction of the apartment buildings is expected to be completed in June 2027.
