A lease with Strachan's Ice Cream has been approved by the Largo City Commission for the Horizon West Bay project.
Strachan's Ice Cream is a well-loved shop that sells desserts and ice cream and is known for its award-winning desserts, homemade ice cream, and friendly atmosphere. It has been in business since 1999 and offers handcrafted treats that include sundaes and shakes, among other options. It has become a staple in the Tampa Bay area, and has locations in South Tampa, Safety Harbor, Pinellas Park, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, and Clearwater.
Strachan's will join Parlor Doughnuts and Louis Pappas Fresh Greek at Horizon West Bay. The vision of the city for a walkable and lively downtown destination that attracts both visitors and residents will be made possible by these new tenants.
Horizon West Bay is a mixed-use project on a section of West Bay Drive and will include a new City Hall, 18,000 square feet of retail space, and parking garage for the public. This development is part of the strategic efforts of the city to revitalize the downtown area and provide a flexible and modern space for community engagement and civic operations.
Such sites can turn to banner printing to inform the community of such new tenants and of progress being made on such developments.
Horizon West Bay is expected to open later this year.
