Largo will be hosting several events next month.
The first is the fourth annual Taste Fest, which will take place at the Highland Family Aquatic Center. The Taste Fest will feature specialty dishes from restaurants in the area, a beer and wine garden, live entertainment, art, and a silent auction. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 the day of the event, which will be on Saturday, November 2 from 5:30 until 8:30 pm.
Sponsors of the event include the Largo medical Center, Tampa Bay Newspapers, Pinch a Penny Pool Patio Spa, and Pieczonka Trophy of Florida.
There will also be the sixth annual Celebration of Veterans Brunch at the Largo Community Center in conjunction with the Palms of Largo. Provided at the event will be food and entertainment. Tickets in advance are free for veterans and one guest. The brunch will be held on Tuesday, November 5 from 10:30 am until noon.
Movies in the Park at Largo Central Park will be held on three Fridays in November—November 8, 15, and 22—beginning at 6:30 pm, with movies starting right after dusk. Movies will be on a big screen with food beverages available for purchase. Featured will be hot dogs and s’mores that attendees can make in the fire pit.
Poster printing can be used to promote and advertise such events as these throughout the community.
