Bungalows Key Largo, an all-inclusive resort for adults only, will be reopening next month after renovations due an unexpected disaster.
The resort includes a pool area with on-site spa, a resort bar called the Hemingway Bar, and a two-story Beach House with two restaurants, Fish Tales and Bogie & Bacall’s. Its main attractions are that there can be no guests under the age of 21 and that cooking and mixology classes, dining, hotel events such as pig roasts and fish fries, and 24/7 golf cart transportation are all included in the cost for a stay. The spa features a salt room and eucalyptus steam room.
The resort is located on 12 acres of property along the ocean and has 135 private villas. There is an outdoor garden shower and an oversized soaking tub in every suite.
Once the property reopens, there will be some new experiences offered, such as holiday activities and entertainment, including Christmas caroling, paddleboard yoga, and sip-and-paint classes. Flyer and brochure printing are often used to provide more details about such new attractions and their standout features.
The owner of the property, Jerry Johnson, said that much work has been done to restore the resort to its original splendor and he expressed his excitement about welcoming guests to an immersive experience in the Florida Keys.
