Performing Arts Center in Largo announces upcoming season

The 2024-2025 season of the Central Park Performing Arts Center (CPPAC) in Largo has been announced.

The season promises to offer a blend of family-friendly shows, theatrical productions, comedy, and live music. There is certain to be a show or performance for everyone, ranging from immersive theatrical experiences to holiday favorites and rock tributes. Concerts and music tributes are one of the highlights of the upcoming season. Among the artists coming at Largo will be Jay and The Americans, Branford Marsalis, and Larry Gaitlin. Among the tribute performances will be Almost ABBA, The Mersey Beatles, and The Hit Men of Country.

Among the theatrical productions will be “Kinky Boots,” “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” and classic family-friendly performance of “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.” Among the special acts and comedy will be ventriloquist Todd Oliver and his talking dog Irving and shows such as “The Spouse Whisperer” and “Girls Night out.”

The shows specifically for families will be “Rapunzel,” “The Ugly Duckling,” and “Spheres Bubble Show.” Both parents and children will enjoy these educational and interactive experiences. “Big Band Christmas,” “Holiday Traditions Around the World,” and “Christmas with the Celts” will be among the highlights of the holiday season.
