Largo to offer new rental community


A new apartment community with 224 units to be built in Largo has recently been announced by Pollack Shores Real Estate Group of Atlanta, Georgia.









The new community will be at the intersection of Clearwater-Largo and Rosery Roads and will connectivity to the Pinellas Trail, which is a biking and walking trail. At 38 miles long, it runs from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. There will be a public plaza that will offer public art displays. Other amenities of the community will be a club room with an Internet café, an outdoor seating area, hammock garden, and a resort-style pool.

President and CEO of Pollack Shores Real Estate Group, Steven Shores, said the new development, to be called The Rosary, will offer luxury apartments and easy access to popular outdoor activities and facilities. There will be new types of culinary concepts, retail establishments and access to the Pinellas Trail. This development is the first of its kind in Largo and, he added, the company is looking to develop similar concepts in other areas of Central Florida.





Ground-breaking will take place next month and residents are expected to be able to take occupancy in the summer of next year.
