Several special events are coming to Largo this month and next.
Such occasions are often promoted throughout a city and the surrounding communities with flyer printing.
The annual Car Show and Largo Market will be coming to Largo Central Park later this month. The Car Show will feature motorcycles and trucks this year, as well as the usual cars. Those who are interested in participating in the show will need to pay an entry fee of $15, due by the day of the show. There will be trophies given out for community choice, the best of show, and many more.
In conjunction with the Car Show will be the Largo Market. There will be over 50 local vendors selling their items, with food and beverage vendors also on site. The show and market will run from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 19.
After that, the Largo Central Railroad will also be hosting train rides in the park. These rides are on a miniature railroad and take guests through the park for a mile-long loop featuring the spooky tunnel, the waterfall pond, and beautiful scenery. Rides are free but donations are gladly accepted.
These rides are on the first Saturday and Sunday of every month, beginning in March, with rides from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 4, and from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Sunday, March 5.
