J. Lee Salon Suites, based in Naples, will be opening its third salon in Largo later this month.
The new salon will be at the Tri-City Plaza and will span over 10,000 square feet, making it the largest of its kind in the state. There will be over 50 wellness and beauty professionals on hand that are looking to own their own businesses.
Jacey Lee, CEO and founder of J. Lee Salon Suites, said that the goal of the brand is to help people go into business for themselves. Lee added that the concerns of most stylists focus on the variability and cost of owning their own business and said their model is to handle such issues so that the stylists can focus on honing their skills.
Lee opened J. Lee Salon Suites in 2018 after spending nine years owning and operating traditional hair salons. Regional Director of J. Lee Salon Suites, Orlando Villegas, said that the Largo/Clearwater/St. Petersburg area was the next logical step in expanding the brand as the area has a high-quality pool of talented professionals. Poster printing is often used by such shops to announce their opening in a new part of a state.
The new space will include a lobby for clients; discounted beauty supplies; keyless access 24 hours a day, seven days a week; concierge service; free laundry service; and the Client Connect program, which attracts new clients into the community.
