The annual Arts Hurricane Relief Fundraiser will be coming to the Gallery at Creative Pinellas in Largo next month.
Given the two hurricanes this season, the community is looking for funds to support the arts and art organizations of Pinellas County. Support in the form of sponsorships, ticket sales, and purchase of art helps the arts community in many ways. These include helping the artists to return not only to their homes but to their studios and supporting housing stability for artists. In addition, this funding can help the cultural community regain how they earn a living so they can continue their creative work and increase the cycle of recovery.
VIP tickets are $250 and will enable early access to the exhibition with a private reception in the gallery that will include appetizers and an open bar as well as special live performances and music. General admission tickets are $100 and will enable guests to enjoy some light treats, the bar, and performances by Soul Mafia. Tickets of $100 can also be purchased to support a particular artist.
Such unique events and their fundraising efforts are often made known throughout the community with poster printing.
This will be on Saturday December 7, beginning at 5:00 p.m. for VIP ticket holders and at 6:00 p.m. for general admission tickets.
