The city of Largo and the Recreation, Parks and Arts Department will be hosting the Drive-O-Ween Halloween Spooktacular later this month at Largo Central Park.
This will be a drive-through trick or treat event with decorated booths throughout the park. At the end of the drive-through, each vehicle will receive a goody bag, filled with treats for each of its children. The first 1,000 children in their vehicles to pass through the park will receive the goody Bags. Each family is requested to bring a non-perishable food item that will be donated to the High Point Neighborhood Family Center.
This event will take place on Friday, October 30 between 6:00 and 7:00 pm. Flyer printing is often used to promote such events.
Throughout the month of October, there will be Horse Drawn Hayrides in nearby Tampa, as well as a fundraiser for HorsePower for Kids. The price of admission includes hayrides and pony rides, farm animals, and train rides, as well as a bonfire, games, a playground, and music. Admission is $12 per person for both children and adults; babies under the age of one year can enter for free. Food and pumpkins will be available for purchase at an additional cost.
The Fall Festival will run every Saturday and Sunday, starting this Saturday, October 3 and continuing through Sunday, November 1 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
