The Homeownership for People Everywhere (HOPE) event for 2024 will be held this weekend at the Raymond James Financial Center in St. Petersburg, and members of the Largo Housing Services will be attending the expo.
There will be over 30 professionals related to housing, which will include real estate agents, lenders, and downpayment assistance programs. Local Print shops can offer their services to such professionals by creating Flyers, Brochures, and other materials for attendees to take away with them.
The event is made possible by housing agencies from the federal, state, and local governments, along real estate experts and other professionals related to the housing industry. The goal of the expo is to enable people to achieve homeownership by offering experienced professionals able to advise on a wide range of aspects of buying a home.
The expo will open with check-in from 7:15 am to 8:00 am. The exhibition hall will be open from 7:15 am to 3:00 pm. There will be a free homebuyer workshop from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Attendees of this workshop will receive a certificate that fulfills one of the requirements for most downpayment assistance programs. The expo will end at 4:00 pm with a drawing for the grand prize. Lunch will be offered by Raymond James to all attendees.
