Coastal festival at nearby Largo

The Hope Spot Festival will be held next month in Dunedin at Edgewater Park.

This is an annual event hosted by the city and Blue-Green Connections to celebrate the Florida Gulf Coast Hope Spot. Residents of Largo may be interested in attending this event.

Brochure printing can be used to guide attendees through all the activities of the festival.

This will be an eco-friendly event where exhibitors will be focusing on the features of the special waters alongside additional educational experiences and hands-on activities. On the microphone from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm will be DJ MultiPlayer Agency, and on the guitar will be Jesse Ray Stout from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

Attendees will be able to participate in clean-up of the shoreline and can contribute to a community art installation let by SHAMc Artreach. They can also make an eco-friendly outfit out of recyclable, recycled, or eco-friendly material and enter a contest for the best costume and wearable art. There will be a Passport Program for children to visit each booth, get a stamp, and then quality for various prizes.

There will also be and Eat and Drink local section with dinner plates that feature samples of main dishes and desserts from local restaurants. Local breweries and bars will also be offering five drink samples. There will be a commemorative mug to take home.

This event will take place on Saturday, February 12.
