It will soon be all aboard for a night of New Year’s fun for Washington residents, complete with a Great Gatsby theme.
The Spirit of Washington yacht will be setting sail for a special celebration that will bid farewell to 2021, and along with food, fun, and friends the guests will be able to enjoy views of the fireworks planned for the city. The vessel offers 360-degree vantage points, and two DJs will supply the entertainment.
The passengers will be able to fill their plate at the buffet, with options for vegetarians and meat lovers alike, and an open bar service will be on offer. Everyone is asked to dress to impress, with garb in 1920s style highly encouraged.
This activity is limited to those 21 and up, and there will be four decks for mingling. VIP ticket holders will be able to board ahead of the crowd, and everyone will be invited to toast the arrival of 2022 when the clock strikes midnight. Print shops can use graphic design techniques to prepare a variety of favors and decor for special events like this.
The Spirit of Washington DC will be setting sail for this New Year’s Eve celebration at 10:00 pm, with boarding starting at 9:15 pm. The boarding area will be located at 580 Water Street Southwest.
