An animal rescue foundation is planning a morning of art and creativity in Plainville that blends painting, pottery, and bunny rabbits in one location.
The Painting Pottery with Bunnies, which is being organized by Everybunny Counts Rescue, is bringing a whimsical creative experience to Plainville next month with help from some special guests. Participants will get to paint different pottery pieces in a space that is filled with like-minded individuals and several curious and playful rabbits.
Participants are welcome to hold, pet, and cuddle these rabbits when not bringing their masterpieces to life. It will double as an opportunity to learn more about rabbits, including proper care and fostering and adoption options. Guests can also take solace in making a difference, with the event’s proceeds benefitting the Everybunny Counts Rescue. Organizers can work with printing services to create colorful marketing materials that make impressions and encourage participation.
The host venue has limited seating, meaning that interested artists will want to book their reservations early to ensure a spot. Participants will get to take the art they’ve created home with them. A supply drive will also be held in support of Everybunny Counts Rescue.
Pottery Piazza, which is on Farmington Avenue in Plainville, will host the pottery painting experience on Saturday, August 1st, starting at 9:00 AM. Tickets are $10.64 per person online.
