Norwich to showcase local business and teach fun skill

A mid May activity will put a spotlight on a Norwich business while helping people learn a useful and creative skill.

Crafts & Pints Candle-Making Series is an event which takes place twice in a year. The attendees will get to create a duo of soy based candles, which are hand-poured. An instructor from Hand The Light By C.S.E. (Counting Steps Events) will be on hand to lead everyone through the process.

Each candle can be customized with one of the seasonally available scents and varieties of jars. Every option will be subject to availability. People are welcome to attend solo, in a pair, or with a group. The experience is a great social opportunity.

Hand The Light By C.S.E is an artisan candle brand. The company makes candles which have unique and mysterious scents, giving customers a delightful surprise each time. They also make a donation from their proceeds of 15% to volunteer firefighters in communities around the country.

The Epicure Brewing Taproom will be the venue for the activity. Included in the ticket’s cost is one free drink from Epicure Brewing’s menu.

Tickets are sold on EventBrite. The price for the activity, including the site’s fees, is $54.13 per person. Flyer printing is a simple and popular promotion technique for many creative experiences like this. The Norwich event will be taking place from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on May 18th.
