An early January event in Norwich is giving a local act a stage to perform on.
F & Blues Band is a group that is rising in popularity within the music scene of the Eastern Connecticut area. Their performances feature a unique blend of soul, rock, and blues.
The concert is the first show of the year that is a part of the venue’s series known as “Monday Blues.” These events will feature different acts every time. The venue for the event is the Donald L. Oat Theater. This building is a part of the Norwich Arts Center. NAC’s goal is to provide affordable programs featuring the arts, while also showcasing the diverse population.
F & Blues Band’s discography includes tracks such as “You Lied To Me,” “Side Hustle,” “Lucky 13,” “Been Wrong Before,” and “She Won’t Call.”
Tickets are for sale through SimpleTix. The prices start at $16.88 and they go up to $22.13. These values include site fees. Members of NAC have the cheapest ticket price, while students, seniors, and military personnel have a slightly higher, but still discounted cost. The general admission fee is the last option.
The show is scheduled for January 5th. Many musicians choose to hire someone who specializes in the field of graphic design to work on merchandise before they head out to a show. The performance is booked for a time slot of 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
