Norwich to prepare organizations for high consequence events

Spartan School Consulting will be holding a class in October in Norwich to teach organizations about how to handle dangerous situations.

High Consequence Events Management is a one-day seminar where organization leaders can learn about what they can do to protect their teams and themselves during unwelcome scenarios such as civil disturbances and hostile protests. The instructors from Spartan School Consulting will use lectures and hands-on applications to teach participants during the seminar. Those at the event will learn about handling injuries caused by vehicles or other dangerous items.

Many teachers will be attending the seminar, including Christopher J. Biddle, Robert Eiler, and Mark DePhillips. The president of Spartan School Consulting, Louis J. Rapoli, will also be participating in the event. The special guest speaker for the program is Lindsay Webster, an advocate for mental health who graduated from Central Michigan University and Virginia Tech. All instructors at the seminar have over 90 years of combined experience working for the Cleveland Fire Department and the New York Police Department.

The program will take place on Friday, October 14th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Comfort Suites in Norwich. Tickets to the high consequence events seminar will be available for $149 per person. Those who promote safety conferences like this may use flyer printing to hand out advertisements to potential attendees.
