Norwich museum hosts paranormal activities

The Leffingwell House Museum in Norwich is hosting four ghost hunts and an exhibit on paranormal history next month.

Dustin Pari and Brian J. Cano are touring with the mobile exhibit History of the Paranormal. Cano is known for his acting in shows like Haunted Collector and Paranormal Caught on Camera, while Pari has been featured on Ghost Hunters and its international counterpart.

This is the last location of the tour this year and it includes a tour through Leffingwell House to look for paranormal activity. There will be discussions on paranormal topics and an opportunity to meet Cano at the exhibit.

Ghost hunt tickets include access to the exhibit, although for $10 it is possible to see the exhibit without participating in the tour. There are two short hunts and one long hunt available; Cano will participate in all hunts, while Pari will only be involved in the longer one. All the tickets that include a ghost hunt are named Exhibit Deluxe, so participants should be sure to choose the desired tour.

This is a two-day event. The first day is Friday, December 4, with the exhibit open from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The smaller hunts are from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm to midnight. The second day is Saturday, December 5, when the exhibit is viewable from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a four-hour hunt from 8:00 pm to midnight. Shorter hunts are $50 to attend, while the longer Saturday night one is $150.

The address of the museum is 348 Washington Street. Touring and big exhibits use eye-catching graphic design to attract the attention of customers before they open.
