Three Rivers Community College in Norwich will be organizing a fundraiser in May to earn money for student scholarships.
The 24th Annual Three Rivers College Foundation Golf Classic is an event where people can support local students by contributing towards the college’s scholarship funds. Money from the golfing activity can help students pay for technology, tuition, and other learning expenses. The fundraiser will be held at the Great Neck Country Club and includes lunch and a post-game reception. Participants will also receive their choice of golfing Apparel or shoes.
Businesses that wish to support Three Rivers Community College can become a sponsor for the golfing event. Packages for the fundraiser start at $200, which includes recognition in the program and a tee sign. Higher-priced sponsorships will offer companies benefits such as exclusive signage at particular holes on the course, advertisement space in the program, and recognition on the golf carts. The golfing event will be held on Monday, May 23 from 11:00am to 6:00pm. The price to take part in the fundraiser is $225 per golfer. Those who register in a group of four can enter a team name. Lunch will be served to attendees at 11:30am, and tee time begins at 12:30pm.
