Businesswomen invited to January networking

The Polka Dot Powerhouse (PDP) chapter in Norwich is holding dinner and a meeting in January.

The female-focused connections group invites the public to come to its first meeting of 2020. Attendees can network and learn from inspiring professional women, some of whom own businesses and are entrepreneurs.

The organization will meet at Prime 82 Restaurant and Bar. Dinner will consist of three items from a selection of items from a smaller menu. It includes a salad, an entree, and a dessert, for $25. This includes gratuity and tax and is payable to Prime 82. Attendees will choose each of their courses upon arrival.

Normally, PDP meetings include a speaker. However, January's meeting will celebrate Happy Llama Day instead. Registration is required as there are only 30 seats available. Interested parties can register on PDP's website.

PDP has meetings for connecting and networking each month. The organization's goal is to join women from around the world who display proactive and positive traits to establish both business partnerships and friendships.

Prime 82 is a casual dining establishment that offers steaks, seafood, burgers, and salads. It is located at 181 West Town Street.
