The Breathe center in Woodland Hills will hold the Enchanted Whispers Sound Bath next month for anyone interested in attending a deeply meditative wellness session.
Breathe is a freestanding metaphysical wellness and health center that offers a well-rounded selection of healing services and modalities to nourish people’s mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. The center supports both Eastern and Western medicine practices and features three treatment rooms, a sound healing room, a halotherapy booth, a eucalyptus sauna, an oxygen bar, and a retail store.
The Enchanted Whispers Sound Bath will be guided by three experienced practitioners who will use the healing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and gongs to create an immersive experience. The session is intended to relieve tension and stress, restore harmony and balance, and offer a spiritual, meditative journey. Blankets and mats will be provided in class, but organizers recommend bringing a pillow as well.

The Enchanted Whispers Sound Bath is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 28 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. It will be held at the Breathe clinic, which is at 20847 Ventura Boulevard. The class admission fee is $40 per person.
