This February, Halsey Schools in Woodland Hills will hold the Parent Cookie Party, a special event for parents, their children, and the school’s teachers to gather together and socialize.
Halsey Schools Infant Center & Preschool is an early-education center for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. The school employs experienced teachers trained in early childhood development, and it provides structured but flexible hands-on learning, individual learning and socialized activities, along with daily written and verbal communication to parents from teachers.
The Parent Cookie Party will offer a chance for parents or guardians to get to know their children’s teachers better, as well as form friendships with other parents. Parents will be asked to bring along their favorite cookies, whether they be storebought or homemade, to share with everyone. The children will also have a chance to socialize with each other while the parents mingle. Organizers ask that parents reach out to their child’s teacher to sign up for items to bring for the party.
