Flywheel Sports, the indoor cycling company that offers intense physical workouts thanks to its Stationery bicycles, has opened a third location in the Los Angeles area.
The new location is in Woodland Hills, in The Village at Westfield Topanga shopping center. Flywheel regulars will find the new location has the same things they like about the company, including an in-house boutique, amenities for post-workout relaxation, and personalized training.
The new location has the company's trademark stadium cycling, where devotees can ride to motivational music. Each playlist is chosen to match the class of riders. Instructors are available to suggest appropriate levels of resistance, but it is up to the individual to decide what is right for them.
Also available are Flywheel's FlyBarre cardio body sculpting techniques, which use intense, but small, interval exercises deliberately designed to create strong, lean, elongated muscles. Riders on the indoor cycles will tackle descents as well as climbs, while weighted bars work their arms as part of a highly challenging workout.
Early birds can find classes that start at 6:00 am on some days, so they can do their workouts first. Others have the choice of opting for classes that begin at 7:30 pm.
Flywheel might consider working with a flyer printing company to create handouts to distribute near the location to bring in new patrons.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
