Woodland Hills kids to learn way around kitchen

This April, Maggiano's Little Italy will hold the Interactive Lasagna Kids' Cooking Class for parents and their children to learn to cook a Maggiano's classic of their own.

Maggiano’s Little Italy can be described as a semi-upscale Italian chain restaurant that serves classic Italian fare. It has several locations, with one location being in Woodland Hills. The restaurant also regularly hosts special classes and events related to food and cooking, such as the kids’ cooking class happening next month.

The hands-on class will teach children kitchen and cooking basics in a fun, relaxed environment. The dish that will be recreated at this session will be Maggiano’s own rustic, comforting lasagna that can be taken home to enjoy with the family after the class is over. Attendees will also be treated to a hot breakfast buffet before they begin their culinary adventures. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who also must purchase a breakfast buffet ticket at a discounted price.

Instructional events such as this may utilize printed teaching materials that local Print shops can help organizers Print at an affordable rate.

The kids' cooking class will take place on April 14 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Maggiano's Little Italy Woodland Hills is located at 6100 California 27. It will be $30 per child, and adult tickets are $25.
