Next month, the Caribbean Jerk and Soul Food Festival will take place in Woodland Hills to serve up tasty food and soulful beats.
The festival will showcase flavors unique to the Caribbean, including dishes such as curry chicken, pompano fish curry, jerk chicken, blackened salmon, candied yams, rice and peas, potato salad, and black-eyed peas. Festivalgoers will have the option of purchasing main plates ranging in price from $13 to $20, or sampler plates for $17. Sides can be purchased individually at $4 to $5.
Entertainment will include musical performances in the genres of soca, reggae, and afrobeats. There will also be a variety of family-friendly games that participants can enjoy, including table tennis, volleyball, basketball arcade games, and a mini golf course. Local vendors will also be on hand displaying their wares for sale.
Organizers of community festivals like this may decide to get the word out of their event by printing out Flyers in bulk and distributing them around town. To achieve this, organizers may decide to visit one of their local Print shops that offer flyer printing services.
The Caribbean and soul festival is scheduled for June 17 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. It will take place at 22848 Burbank Boulevard, Woodland Hills. Adult admission is $5, and children under 18 are free to enter.Get a Free Quote for Flyers Get a Free Quote for Print
