The 4th Annual Valley Asian & Pacific Islander Cultural Festival will be held in Woodland Hills this May to celebrate the rich cultural diversity of the Asian and Pacific Islander communities that call the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles home.
The West Valley-Warner Center Chamber of Commerce Community Benefit Foundation is the organizer of the festival and has been since its inception in 2022. Taking place during Asian American and Pacific Islanders Month, the festival is a one-day event packed full of cultural events and activities that aim to show the richness and depth of various Asian and Pacific Islander cultures. The event hopes to encourage engagement across all diverse communities and the people inhabiting them.
The festival will feature over 50 cultural experiences in the form of musical performances, dances, arts and crafts, fashion, and food and drink. Local pop-up market stalls will offer unique shopping, and there will even be big LA personalities attending. Other activities include raffles, children’s activities, and contests.
Large-scale festivals like this will often offer local businesses sponsorship opportunities, such as donating Promotional Products to the event in exchange for free advertising.
The event is slated for Saturday, May 10 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. It will be held at Pierce College, which can be found at 20499 Victory Boulevard.
