Topanga Village Market offers vendors, food, and fun

The Topanga Village Market has won rave reviews from publications ranging from ‘Angeleno’ to ‘Architectural Digest’, and shoppers will soon have a chance to find bargains and support their community college at the same time, as the market gears up for a special event.

More than 150 vendors of vintage and antique collectibles, fashion, furniture, Books, tableware, jewelry, technology, and art will converge n Pierce’s College north parking lot, which is in Woodland Hills, just off the 101 freeway.

Other goodies include Disney collectibles, cameras, vintage movie Posters, and other types of Hollywood memorabilia, including costumes, T-Shirts, sporting goods, vintage clothing, shoes, and Native American artifacts and jewelry.

Shoppers looking for original works should check out Artists Alley, where local artisans and artists will have goods for sale, including ceramics and furniture. Paintings, woodworking projects, and clothing and fabric design projects will also be available.

The market will be held this Sunday, September 25, from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm, with food available from food trucks from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. At the same time, shoppers can enjoy live music with their lunches.

Activities like these can benefit by working with flyer printing companies, which can create informative handouts that give the schedules for activities like food and music, include a map of vendors’ locations, and offer information about future events.
