New corporate headquarters for Cydor
Cydor, a company that provides outsourced, face-to-face sales teams for companies across a broad spectrum of industries, has moved its headquarters from Westlake Village Agoura Hills, which is just west of Woodland Hills.
The new space is 45,000 square feet in size and was needed for the growth of the company, as it serves an increasing number of clients in North America.
According to CEO of Cydor, Gary Polson, the new headquarters is not only more spacious but incorporates an approach that better integrates indoor and outdoor workspaces, as these are common areas for collaborating and meeting rooms for a more cooperative and supporting environment. It was also designed with state-of-the-art technology, including WiFi throughout so that people can be connected wherever they are.
There are three distinct zones in the building—the reception area, the social space, and the workspaces. The reception area has an open staircase between the first and second floors so as to draw visitors and staff to the second place, where the social space is located.
The social space has a full range of kitchen options, two outdoor terraces, and a gym and fitness center, as well as several large conference areas. The main workspace is open and has communal workspaces and more meeting rooms with some private offices.
The company may be working with a flyer printing company to create mailers so that those in the community are aware of their new headquarters.
