The Ventura Chamber of Commerce has announced an upcoming Connections breakfast.
The breakfast, which Chamber officials say typically draws over 100 people, will allow Chamber members and event attendees the chance to introduce themselves to new leads, expand their business networks, and become more integrated in the community.
All attendees at the event will appear on an event “hot sheet” that lists contact information. They will then have 20 seconds to introduce themselves, explain who they are, and discuss how they can help Chamber members who attend the event, resembling a format sometimes referred to as an “elevator pitch.” After the event, members will be able to introduce themselves to each other. To that end, all event attendees are encouraged to bring plenty of Business Cards, and they may also want to consider promotional materials and other information about their business.
Sponsored by Trystology, this event is being held on Tuesday, February 2, and runs from 8:00 am – 9:45 am, with breakfast served. Chamber members who want to potentially sponsor future installments of the breakfast are encouraged to reach out to Chamber officials.
Tickets to the event are $40 for Chamber members and $50 for non-members. Attendees are encouraged to register and pay ahead of time. There is a $5 additional cost for members who pay at the door.
