Ventura is home to countless small businesses, and some are enjoying more success than others. An upcoming leadership seminar is intended to provide entrepreneurs with the skills required for long-term success.
The Ventura Adult and Continuing Education Center (VACE) will be hosting an in-person event advertised as "Boost Your Personal & Professional Impact with Emotional Intelligence" in August. This seminar is being presented by Monica Brinser and Hadgar Alavi; two well-known professional guest speakers.
They will be discussing the role of human resources, the responsibilities of management, the five key pillars of emotional intelligence, and how to increase the leadership skills of employees. Other concepts such as workplace motivation, and targeted in-house training solutions will likewise be addressed.
Seminars such as this will use several ways to attract local startup organizations. From Flyers and banner advertisements to the distribution of Business Cards, proactive marketing will help to ensure that the right audience is targeted.
This leadership symposium will be taking place on Wednesday, August 13th from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. It is being held at 5200 Valentine Road, Ventura, 93003. An admission fee of $40 purchased online, or at the door, and this includes a complimentary lunch.
