Business conference to support Ventura craft vendors

The organizers behind the Craftcation business conference have announced that their annual event will return next month.

Organizers note that the conference comes with a packed agenda that helps craft vendors better understand the artistic and business side of their industry.

Content at the event will include panel discussions, Q&As from industry leaders, and keynote speakers.

The conference is roughly broken into four tracks: craft workshops that will focus on improving artistic abilities; business workshops that will focus on the business side of the industry; wellness activities; and special events that involve networking and community excursions.

This conference will provide attendees with an opportunity to meet fellow crafters, vendors, industry leaders, and more. There will also be ample networking opportunities, receptions, and a chance to explore the Ventura area. As such, attendees should bring Business Cards.

The early bird rate for the conference is $675, while the regular rate is $725. Attendees who are struggling financially can reach out to organizers about scholarships, or can inquire about opportunities to work at the conference in exchange for a portion of their fees to be covered.

The conference will be held at the Ventura Beach Marriott, but many workshops will be held throughout the greater Ventura area. The event will run from Wednesday, 3 to Sunday, 7 April.
