Among the many camps to be offered by the city of Vacaville this summer will be Kids’ Choice Camp. There will be camps held in the morning and afternoon, along with the provision for extended care before or after each camp, as well as lunch care.
The Kids’ Choice Camps will include Adventure Science Camps, various arts and science camps, Music4Everyone camps, and Kids N Motion dance camps. These will be held at the Three Oaks Community Center and are for children between 3 and 16 years old. Print shops are often hired to create Booklets with more details about such offerings.
For those children entering grades one through six, there will also be Kids’ Choice Camp Splash with morning and afternoon sessions. Kids will learn water safety and swimming skills taught by Vacaville aquatic staff. These sessions will also enable campers to develop friendships, the positive interactions of which will help to build self-esteem.
For those between three-and-a-half and five years old, there will be Pee Wee Discovery Camps featuring themed arts and crafts activities, active games, and the ability to socialize with others to create a positive first camping experience for attendees. Children in this age group can also attend Camp Kindness to learn about the importance of compassion and kindness towards animals, and about how to care for pets.
