Buildings A and C at Midway Commerce Center in Vacaville have now been completed.
This is a Class A institutional quality industrial park covering 89.7 acres and spanning 1.53 million square feet. It is between the San Francisco Bay area and Sacramento, and a mile from the interchange of Highway 505 and Midway Road.
Building C is on Eubanks Drive and is a building that is one of the largest in the state. It is a cross-dock facility with a clear height of 42 feet inside that covers 228,982 square feet. It also features hydraulic dock levels.
A national e-commerce company will be leasing the building, and is expected to be fully operational by the second quarter of 2024.
Building A is also on Eubanks Drive, and a rear-loading building with a clear height of 36 feet. It features a mechanical dock and spans 198,490 square feet. It is also equipped with LED lighting, a TPO roof supported by a roof deck of metal, close to 3,00 square feet of office space, and 4,000 amps of power.
