The first Conservation Community in the Bay Area has opened its first neighborhood in Vacaville.
To be known as Lilac Ridge, the community was built by Lennar and features homes with four and five bedrooms sustainably designed, which range from 3.300 to 4,200 square feet in size. There are two models that are fully furnished, which are available for tours.
The community is off Interstate 80 and offers easy access to job centers in Sacramento and the Bay Area and prioritizes eco-friendly living and preservation of open spaces. Conservation and recreation accounts for 85 percent of the land in the community and includes a Wetland Preserve of 70 acres.
Brochure printing is often used to provide more details about the features and amenities of such neighborhoods.
Development Director of Lagoon Valley, Curt Johansen, said that Lilac Ridge offers homes that are thoughtfully designed within a vibrant neighborhood that also offers trails and recreational amenities.
The goal of Lagoon Valley is to integrate flood mitigation, wildlife habitat conservation, and wildfire buffers with the design of modern homes. In the future, residents will have access to 1,305 acres of preserved open space and over 400 acres of parks in 14 planned neighborhoods.
The Lilac Ridge model homes and the Lagoon Valley Visitors Center on Mount Ridge Royal Road are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
