Hank & Hazel’s Really Good Sausages in Vacaville will be hosting a Stoked! Sausage and Beer Dinner in a month’s time.
This will be a tasting dinner of five courses that will pair Hank & Hazel’s sausages with HenHouse Beers from Sata Rosa. There will be one of the Cicerones from Henhouse to relate the story of the brewery and to talk about each beer as it is being tasted. Each course will be designed by Chef Michael to complement the beers and, where possible, will feature them in the dish. Often, local Print shops are hired to create Menus outlining such courses and their pairings with an appropriate Logo Design.
Attendees of the dinner will sit in the backyard at Hank & Hazel’s, which is well-shaded. There will be picnic tables accommodating up to six people. The atmosphere is to be peaceful and relaxing. Attendees can bring their friends to build a table or have the chance to select their seats and meet new people.
Hank & Hazel’s is a fast-casual restaurant serving sausages, craft beer and local wine, house-made sides, and desserts. The dinner will take place on Friday, October 9 from 7:30 to 9:30 pm.
