A new community by Richmond American Homes of California, is now opened in Vacaville with tours of model homes to be offered this month.
Cerrito at Vanden Estates is comprised of 50 homes offering a choice of three, four, and five bedrooms and ranging in size beginning at 2,000 square feet up to 2,290 square feet. Here are four floor plans from which residents can choose with many additional options to personalize their house that includes flooring, finishes, and fixtures. Residents can choose either ranch style homes or those with two floors.
Print shops are often hired when such communities become available on the market so they can create many kinds of printed materials with more details about floor plans, selections, and prices.
Amenities found at Cerrito at Vanden Estates include parks and a playground, a splash pad, basketball court, and baseball field. Other recreational offerings include many walking and hiking trails. Cerrito at Vanden Estates is in the Travis Unified School District and near several military bases. Also close by are many retail establishments and dining choices.
The sales office is from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Two model homes are available for viewing with an open house scheduled for Saturday August 15.
